LASAGNA AYAM ALA MELAYU :)

Hye there!


First, I've to say sorry for the late reply and update. As many requested, suruh aku tulis resipi itu ini. So aku baru start nak buat after a long time cooking hewhewhew. Raya kan macam macam kena buat, open house sendiri sana sini. So today, I have my free time, so I decided to write on about my 'Chicken Lasagna' tapi mine punya ala ala melayu sikit sebab my family love it hot and spicy gittewwww. hahahaha so, let's get started!

BAHAN BAHAN


1. kepingan lasagna (available at any supermarket, aku beli dekat aeon sebab area rumah aku itu je ada. so sadd :(
2. Sos prego or pasta sauce 
3. Cendawan butang 1 tin
4. Daging cincang (yg ni terpulang pada korang nak berapa banyak gram beli, lagi banyak lagi sedap tp banyak sgt pun tk sedap hahaha so it's your choice guys!)
5. Serbuk blackpepper and serbuk oregano (yg ni pun ada kat supermarket)
6. Bawang besar and 5 - 8 bawang putih, (again it's your choice!)
7. Mozarella cheese
8. Parmesan cheese (optional)
9. Chili sauce 
10. Cili api (utk yg nak pedas, ambik dlm 6-10 keping)
11. Buttercup ( cut to half)
12. Cheddar cheese (2 slices)
13. 300 ml of full cream milk
14. 2-3 sudu besar tepung gandum
15. Olive oil
16. Garam

Penting untuk kita sendiri ingat yg masak ni tak semestinya guna sukat berapa kati mangkuk cawan camca tp kena pandai agak, bg siapa yg tk biasa mulakan anggaran yg sikit then kita rasa. Tang tu laa edit mana yg tak cukup apa yg perlu tmbah. Ok gerliess or boysss?

Inti ayam.

1. Panaskan periuk, masukkan olive oil sikit jgn overload! sbb nanti lasagna tu akan jd berminyak gitewww ohmaigadd I pun seram nak makan ha nyahhh.
2. Masukkan bawang besar, putih then kiub pati ayam. Yg kiub ni optional sbb entahlaaa I like it my way hahaha :p
3. Agak agak dah naik bau, masukkan inti yg korang beli tu sama ada daging or ayam sukati kome lah. Gaul sampai colour dia mcm nak masak tu haa.
4. Lepaih tu, masukkan sauce prego yg korg beli. 1 botol tu ye syg syg sekalian.
5. Kalau siapa yg letak kiub td, no need add on the garamsss. Tp siapa yg tk letak, silakan rasa dan letak garam secukup rasa.
6. Masukkan sedikit serbuk oregano dan blackpepper,
7. Cendawan butang td potong kecik kecik k nanti sng nak makan tkda la makan segedabak besar gitu. Masukkan dlm periuk itu td.
8. Then 1 sudu besar sos cili
9. Last kalau nak touch up letak sikit blackpepper to have some aroma in it.

Moving on to another part,

Sos putih ;

1. Cairkan buttercup tu semua, masukkan 2-3 sudu besar tepung gandum.
2. Gaul sebati, masukkan susu full cream tu.
3. Masukkan keju cheddar tu,garam secukup rasa. 
4. Gaul sampai putih likat. 
5. Nak lagi sedap, bt banyak sos putih ni. Mantop rasanya nanti!

Now, finish em!

1. After celuring the lasagna pieces hahaha my manglish! Remember to put them slice by slice into a tray. Susun molek molek yeee
2. Taburkan inti ayam or daging td atas nya. Nak letak banyak ke sikit ke sukati kau la nyahhhh
3. Yg ni best! letakkan sos putih tu atas inti.... wuuu this part sgt menarik I tell you!
4. Taburkan mozarella and parmesan cheese as many as you want. Parmesan tu utk menggaringkan lasagna tu haaa.
5. Then repeat steps 1-4 sampai laaa habis benda alah korang tuuu. Bagi yg hantu cheese letak lah banyak banyak tp kalau siapa yg jaga badan sgt tu dinasihatkan makan sesudu je nanti hahahaha.
6. LAST! Letakkan dalam oven for 40-50 mins at 200 celcius. (it depends on your oven's size tho)


 Taraaaaa!!! Begini lah rupanya lepas dah masak, tp jgn lah melantak terus, sbb cheese dia sgt cair waktu ni. Sejukkan dlu, kalau nak mujarab peti ais tp jgn lama lama. Then pre heat in microwave.

So, here as a result. Not too pro tp kita mencuba. Kan?
